1. Penny Sleeve
Place all cards initially in a penny sleeve for basic protection and ease of handling to minimize physical contact with the card itself. We also recommend using a pair of scissors to cut a small slit down one of the seams of the penny sleeve to help aid in insertion and prevent any potential corner/edge damage that may occur while trying to insert.
2. Card Saver
Utilize a properly sized card saver for your card. We recommend Cardboard Gold – Card Saver I’s for all regular sized (3.5″ x 2.5″) and regular thickness cards. These eliminate any potential movement of the cards during shipping that could otherwise occur with top-loaders or other related holders.
For thicker jersey/patch/autograph cards, we recommend using a properly sized magnetic holder to the point-thickness of the card. We also recommend using one size larger than normal for cards with autographs as to prevent rubbing/damage to the autograph.
3. Cardboard
Sandwich all cards with appropriately sized pieces of cardboard and tape together for additional rigidity and protection.
4. Bubble Wrap
You can also wrap the cards now sandwiched with cardboard in bubble wrap for added additional protection, but this is not required and is up to your discretion.
5. Bubble Mailer or Cardboard Box
Place cards in an appropriately sized bubble mailer or cardboard box and/or ensure that they will not move by using Styrofoam peanuts/pellets (if necessary).
6. Order Form
Make sure your order form is 100% completed BEFORE you seal your order and ship it out. Any incomplete information will delay your order from being processed and expedited in the proper manner. Please fill out the contact information section fully and list all the cards you are sending to us. Leave everything else blank.

7. Shipping
Utilize the most appropriate shipping service to ensure your cards get to us as safely and as quickly as you choose. We recommend sticking with the 3 major carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Please also remember to insure your order if you so choose to do so. Please also provide us with any tracking information you have when you ship so that we can know when your order has been sent and when it will arrive.
If you do plan on utilizing UPS or FedEx, please notify us before you ship so that we can provide you with an alternate shipping address.
